What is 10DAYS Pre-Loved?

10DAYS Pre-Loved is an initiative within our 10DAYS for Good programme and aims at keeping 10DAYS items in play longer. Our pieces are largely produced in Europe, made to last and wear on repeat. It’s about careful craftsmanship that preserves quality over time, truly making the most and embracing a feelgood lifestyle. But when they no longer suit your needs, we want to give you the option to give your former favourites a new future. That's why we introduced 10DAYS Pre-Loved where we buy back your 10DAYS items.We have created two seperate programmes for this: Pre-Loved Retail where you can simply bring your 10DAYS item(s) to one of our concept stores and receive a retail credit voucher on the spot. Or you can register your item(s) online via our trade-in portal and ship them for free to our partner reverse.supply who will take care of the rest. Hassle free.

Who is reverse.supply?

We have teamed up with our partner reverse.supply to bring 10DAYS Pre-Loved online. They handle all products, logistics, shipments and returns. Reverse.supply is also your first point of contact forn any questions regarding selling or buying on 10DAYS Pre-Loved.

Why are there differences between retail and online pricing for pre-loved item(s)?

The pricing is slightly different due to the logistical challenges of bringing 10DAYS for Good Pre-Loved online. Items need to be shipped from its previous owner to our partner where they will be reconditioned, photographed and stored.

Trade-in of items

How do I sell my pre-loved 10DAYS products?

To sell your pre-loved 10DAYS items, just visit our Trade-In portal, register the items you want to sell and we will send a free shipping label to your email inbox.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it, recondition it, take pictures and list them for sale on the 10DAYS Pre-Loved website.

As soon as we processed and approved your item, you will receive a credit voucher for the Official 10DAYS Online Store https://www.10dayslifestyle.com/. This credit voucher is valid for 6 months.

How does the 10DAYS Pre-Loved trade-in portal work?

In order for you to register your 10DAYS Pre-Loved item(s), you will need to add the 11 digit article number and confirm the condition of your item(s). The color displayed in the portal may vary from your item(s). You will receive our price proposal directly within the portal. After registering your item(s) successfully, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. Pack your item(s) and ship them our partner reverse.supply with the provided label.

Please don't send in items, that were not registered. We will not be able to process them, they will be sent back at your charge and we will not be responsible for any lost packages in this case. If we do not hear back within 30 days the item(s), we will pass on your item(s) to one of our recycling partners.

What items can I send in?

All items you wish to sell through our Pre-Loved website must still be in at least good condition and wearable. All care labels, logo and size label still need to be attached to the product and products should not have been altered in any way.

We don't accept items that have any damage, are dirty or smelly, are not functional anymore nor items that are incomplete. [Add link to T&Cs]

Due to hygenic reasons we also exclude certain product groups from our pre-loved programme such as underwear or socks.

From which countries can I send in my items?

Currently trade-in is only available in The Netherlands, Germany and Austria. We are working towards extending this offer continously.

How does the condition rating of items work?

Every item arriving in our warehouse will be checked by hand. Based on the condition of your item, we categorize it from "As new" to "Good":

As new = These items are like new without any wear or visible defects.

Very good = These items only show minor traces of wear visible from up-close.

Good = These items show moderate signs of normal wear e.g. small repairs or little scratches.

How much will I receive for my item?

During the registration process within the portal, you will receive a buy back value proposal per item. This price is based on the original price, the age of the product and of course its condition. This proposed value is validated or adjusted if necessary by our reconditioning team once we receive your item(s). Once the value is approved, you will receive an email with your credit voucher which you can use on the Official 10DAYS Online Store https://www.10dayslifestyle.com/. This credit voucher is valid for 6 months.

If our team determines the item(s) you sent in do not meet our trade-in requirements and are not suitable for resale, you will not receive a voucher. You will get the option to ship the item back to you on your expense. If we do not hear back within 30 days the item(s), we will pass on your item(s) to one of our recycling partners.

When do I receive my credit voucher?

Good news: You do not have to wait until your item(s) have been sold to receive your credit voucher. As soon as we processed and approved your item(s), you will receive an e-mail with the credit voucher for the Official 10DAYS Online Store https://www.10dayslifestyle.com/. This credit voucher is valid for 6 months.

Can I use my credit voucher in the 10DAYS Pre-Loved shop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem vouchers or coupons in the 10DAYS Pre-Loved shop.

My item has been declined? What is happening now?

If our team finds that the item(s) you sent in do not meet our trade-in requirements and are not suitable for resale and therefore are declined, you will not receive a voucher. You will be contacted via e-mail to get the option to ship the item back to you on your expense. If we do not hear back within 30 days the item(s), we will pass on your item(s) to one of our recycling partners.

Where do I send my pre-loved 10DAYS items?

After registering your items via our trade-in portal, you will receive a free shipping label via e-mail. Make sure to package your item(s) carefully and well protected, then print the label and stick it to the parcel. How do I use my credit voucher?

You will receive your credit voucher via e-mail. You can use it for shopping on the Official 10DAYS Online Store https://www.10dayslifestyle.com/ by adding the code during checkout.

The Trade-In-Portal doesn't load.

Is there any store where I can drop my pre-loved item(s)?

We also have a similar programme in our concept stores in Amsterdam and the Mall of the Netherlands but this is not connected to our pre-loved website. You will not have to register your item(s) in our portal if you decide to bring them to one of our concept stores.

Shipping & Returns

Which countries do you ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We ship to countries within the EU using DHL GoGreen.

Shipping costs indication (as of June 2024):
- The Netherlands 5,47€
- Germany 3,95€
- Austria 5,89€
- Other countries within the EU 7,50€

Subject to market changes.

How long does the shipping of my items take?

Usually, it takes about 2-3 working days within Germany. The shipping to other countries (e.g. The Netherlands) takes about 5-7 working days.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we're only able to ship within the EU, excluding overseas territories.

Are you shipping to packing stations?

Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to packing stations at the moment.

Which delivery service do you use for shipping?

All our items are shipped emission-free with DHL GoGreen.

I did not receive my order, what can I do?

We are sorry that you have not yet received your order. Please contact our customer service at 10days@reverse.supply and we will help you with your order as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return any item of your order within 14days. Return costs have to be covered by the customer.

How do I return my order?

To return an item, locate the QR code in your shipping information and scan it to access the returns portal. There, you will receive a return label. Pack the items for return in our shipping packaging.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount minus the return shipping costs via the same payment method that you used for the initial order. The refund will happen within 14 days.

Why can the same items have different prices?

This may be caused by the varying conditions of the items. If one item has visible signs of usage, it will be offered at a reduced price in comparison to an item which has the condition "as new".
